Why make the switch?

God gave us tools at our fingertips in the form of plants...lots and lots of plants. ;) We started our oily journey in the summer of 2014. Prior to that, we watched our diet (as much as possible-avoiding GMOs, eating organic, etc) as a result of Jeremy's full colectomy in 2004. However, we weren't aware of the dangers in our own home that were making us sick.

There are ingredients in everyday things like baby lotion, dish soap, dryer sheets, cleaning products, candles...all linked to cancer, infertility, hormone disrupters and disease. We just didn't know. The surgeon general has issued a statement saying that the ingredients in American personal care products now pose a greater cancer risk to the public than smoking. We didn’t know. 

Over the last 5 years, we have made even more changes. Our cleaning products, laundry detergent now consist of Thieves. We use a variety of oils daily to help us in our day to day. And, our dinners have never smelled better thanks to the vitality line.
